We booked an executive room with access to the executive lounge. The whole building could do with an upgrade. Whilst the room was big and well appointed, the decor was dated, there was a big crack in one of the windows and the shower had a shower curtain, not executive worthy. That being said, the bed was comfy and the shower was good. The executive lounge offered a huge variety of snacks, i would go as far as to say it was a buffet dinner! Only flaw was that on our last night it was not staffed in the evening and we had to contact reception a number of times before we could get a drink. Breakfast was big but very dissapointing. Vegetables were overcooked and fruit was over ripe. Clearly not a lot of love was put into this. The gym and sauna were great! Please be aware they don't charge you the 19% tax Colombians have to pay. Despite having made copies of our foreign passports, they charged us. After taking this up with the assistant manager, he said he would resolve it and send us confirmation by email, he never did. Luckily Karen at front desk saved the day and gave us confirmation on paper before we left. Special thanks to Karen for being such a great help!

H?tel sale, le soit disant point fort de la piscine : piscine en réfection, et aucun transat. Service restaurant sushi : dessert immangeable, serveuse incompétente et désagréable (a cassé le bouchon de la bouteille de vin en le débouchant). H?tel soit disant 5 étoiles : ressemble plus à un dortoir, sans aucune personnalité. Mieux vaut aller à l’h?tel Movich juste au dessus.

Ya me había hospedado antes en este hotel, y regresé porque tuve una buena experiencia en el pasado, la atención es muy buena, las habitaciones son muy limpias y el desayuno es muy bueno, y continua siendo asi. Lo unico que desmejoro un poco es la calidad de los snacks de la noche en el M club lounge, el sushi y algunos snacks estaban un poco duros, como viejos, y siento que podría haber mas variedad. Por otro lado, el desayuno, si bien es delicioso, podria tener mas variedad como incluir pancakes y waffles. En el area de piscina se podría mejorar el mantenimiento, como la pintura de las paredes y algunas otras mejoras, el area Jacuzzi tambien podría ser mas acogedora. En general es un buen hotel y regresaría esperando que se mejoren algunas cosas.

Hotel muy bien situado y seguro. Habitación muy ruidosa, poco aislada de la calle. Ba?o antiguo con ba?era. Ausencia de amenities de ba?o. Y un problema grande: no había en todo en todo el hotel un enchufe para los modelos europeos. Y no lo avisan al check in. Entonces llegas en la noche y no puedes cargar tu teléfono. Suerte tener a Alejandro que me prestó el suyo. Desayuno escaso y siempre el mismo. El bar cierra pronto

I’m so glad I stayed at this hotel. The location is nice with great restaurants. The staff was going above and the beyond to help. I will definitely come back. The beds are so comfortable.

Very good location. Near to all kind of restaurants, bars (walkable). Very safe area.

Con muchas expectativas propuse el lugar para ir al Brunch, de domingo. La sugerencia no fue la mejor pues tiene un costo que perfectamente. Se puede ir a otro restaurante, la comida regular en especial la pastelería que muestra su mala calidad. Llevaba tiempo si. Ir pero no fue la mejor experiencia..

Muy caro para lo q ofrecen Muy caro el valor de la noche, para lo q ofrece el hotel, no es un hotel 5 estrellas, como se promociona, la atención mala, el personal de recepción y restaurante, displicente, poco diligentes, servicio en general lento, muy demorado todo, el arreglo de la habitación nunca fue antes de la 1pm
